Jay is known as a weekend warrior that likes excitement.  If he’s not at the office he’s probably windsurfing, kayaking, biking, rollerblading, traveling and/or spending time with the family.  Each year for his birthday he backpacks in the Sierras with Eagle Scout-High school buddies.  He’s apparently never been lost as he is always back to work when expected.
