Heather graduated from the University of San Diego in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.  She began her career in public accounting with a local San Diego firm before joining Bruno, Mack & Barclay (now Mack/Barclay, Inc.).  While she worked for Mack/Barclay, Heather provided auditing and accounting services for clients in various industries completing the experience required to obtain a Certified Public Accountant license to perform the full range of accounting services, including signing attest reports on attest engagements.  In addition, she provided financial analysis and consulting services in the insolvency/reorganization environment servicing Trustees, Creditors and Debtors in both Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases.

In 2002, Heather moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and joined Bachecki, Crom & Company, LLP, where she continues to practice in the insolvency/reorganization environment.  During her experience at Bachecki, Crom & Co., Heather has obtained her Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor certification.  She has also testified as an expert witness on complex claim issues.
